Dear Claire, dear all,
first of all, I want to say that I find convenient the proposal of
reserving a certain percentage
of fellowships for the CTWG, if there will be a similar allocation (and
prioritization) for CSB members.

Secondly, It seems to me we are neglecting important
information on the decision to be taken on the
fellowships assignments. During last week of the PrepCom III
we, together with Alan C.,
committed ourselves to check the viability to assign fellowships to
special/particular cases, even
if they are not in the LDCs and developing and in transition
countries lists.

Warm regards

As asked by our donors, we may only support participants /CSB members
from LDCs
or from developing and in transition countries (lists already sent).
