<DIV>Why makes things more complicated? I advise to use the same mechanism we recourse to for the fellowships. The various families send their list to the Region Focal Point. Each region is allocated with the same number of overpasses. If one Region cannot fill ( I doubt) its quota, the non allocated overpasses are attributed on the basis first come first serve.</DIV>
