agree with Nick and others. We will be very busy during the actual Summit,
particularly on days like the 11th. Could we have two "substantial
meetings" of 2-3 hours long both before (i.e. Dec. 7th in the evening [YJ
and Sean's proposal] and Dec. 13th [Wolfgang's proposal - Road to
Tunisia]). I also think that YJ/Sean's portion on "Review of Phase I"
could be put on the agenda for Dec. 13th. I would also like to add "Reform
of the Civil Society Bureau: Enhancing the Role and Work of Civil Society
throughout Phase II".</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

the 12th is better as a less preferable option), with all the documents and
