<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Thanks for this, Savita--very very helpful. I have posted
it to the Plenary list as well.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><BR>Three Questions: </FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>First:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><EM>"<B>Security </B><BR>The Swiss authorities and UN/ITU
have jointly prepared an overall security plan. As part of this plan, there will
be a security perimeter around Palexpo, and only those participants who have
received a photo-badge will be admitted inside this perimeter.<BR>Access to the
Summit Premises during the Summit"</EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Photo badge? Will this be provided for when (all)
accredited people register? (I.e., a photo will be taken and a photo badge
generated upon registration?)</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Perimeter around Palexpo? The whole palexpo? Or only the
specific summit areas (i.e., Hall 1? Hall 2). If a photobadge is required for
all areas, then the photo will be taken upon registration, won't
it?<BR></DIV></FONT>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Second:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><EM>"2. Bureau meeting on the 11th December, Room T103,
ITU Bldg, 13-15hrs<BR> Agenda to be decided"</EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Can't the second CSB meeting on 11 December be moved to
some room in Palexpo, as many people have suggested. It is not too late to
change the venue, is it?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Third:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><EM>"The ICT4D Platform is being held in Hall 7, media

<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Why do we (officially invited delegates/people accredited
by WSIS) have to contact <A href="mailto:info@ict-4d.org">info@ict-4d.org</A>
?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>My last question is not related to the information note
but to an earlier message I posted: </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>- What will be the CS "headquarters"/operations
center/coordination center in Palexpo? </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>- Will there be a computer room, with internet access? (By
the way, what is the situation of wireless internet access in
Palexpo?)</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>- Will there be a space to hold meetings and caucuses (of
families or working groups)?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Hope for some quick responses--many people are leaving for
geneva in the next few days...</FONT></DIV>
