<P>Due to my duties as a Program Officer in International development Research Center, I cannot continue in the Bureau. So, please accept my resignation officially. As you may remember, I announced this during the informal meeting in last march 2004 in Tunisia.</P>
<P>IDRC is registered as an NGO and I will attend and participate in WSIS activities from time to time as a Civil Society or, when requested, as a member of the Candian delegation. </P>
