Form</title></head><body>

<div>There's , i think three things that are needed for you to be able
to participate at the upcoming prepcom:</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>1. be with an NGO that's been accredited in the wsis
process. If you ngo affiliation hasn't changed, then - you are
ok.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>that is check if your organization is listed in the documents
listed here -</div>
<div><font face="Lucida Grande" size="-1"
color="#000000"
>http://www.itu.int/wsis/documents/doc_multi.asp?lang=en&id=280|9<span
></span>56|1242</font></div>
<div><br></div>
<div><br></div>
<div>2. The NGO in question has to have a designated WSIS focal point.
They will have - hopefully - received details on how to access the
online registration system that has been set up. if they have,
then :</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>* The wsis focal point enters your information by visiting the
following website:</div>
<div><font face="Lucida Grande" size="-1"
color="#000000"
> http://www.itu.int/cgi-bin/htsh/wsis/auth/wsis05/edrs.registra<span
></span>tion.prepcom2</font></div>
<div><br></div>
<div>(note: This is a process similar to the summit back in
Dec.)</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>3. Once the information has been entered, the online system will
generate an ID # and a confirmation email. Once you have that - you
are ALL set.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>BUT - if you want to make sure you are in fact registered, well
the ITU has just added a new link to check :)</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>On the WSIS PrepCom 2 page -<font face="Lucida Grande" size="-1"
color="#000000">
http://www.itu.int/wsis/preparatory2/pc2/index.html</font></div>
<div>There's now a -<font face="Lucida Grande" size="-1"
color="#000000"> Pre-registered participants</font> - link. click
there to see if you name shows up. if it does, then all is complete
and are all set.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div><br></div>
<div>hope this helps</div>
<div><br></div>

I've taken a look at this form, and find it a little confusing. What's
the difference between the contact person and the person legally
responsible? Where do we actually insert the name of the nominee to
participate in WSIS Prepcom 2? Is this form to be completed in
addition to the one that Adam informed us about for CS
fellowships?<br>
<br>
Please clarify. Much thanks in advance for your advice.<br>
<br>
Warm regards,<br>
