1 to 2 meetings before the prepcom and then at least one each

Cape town i would expect no less. I would say we should have a room
with capacity of 30 (as a min)</div>

<div>Technical Services: needs are as follows:</div>

<div>* Internet access - via wireless is preferred</div>

would allow not only presentations to be given to CSB but also virtual
