PrepCom-3. But she especially supported Mr. <B><SPAN
style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Robert Sagun</SPAN></B>’s application, who is Policy
Coordinator of the WSIS Youth Caucus (</SPAN></FONT><FONT face=Arial

the ITU would keep the other CSB selected applicants, but deleting Titi since
she is not applicant, and select one additional candidate instead. They were
also concerned by the need to ensure the geographical repartition of
fellowships.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

to CSB members</SPAN></B> <B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">who participated
