caucuses/WG/families of CS structures.</p><p><span lang="EN-GB"
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">As you may now, overpass focal
points of CS families/WG/caucuses will be in charge of the distribution to
their participants of the overpasses they were allocated.</span></p><p
/><p><span lang="EN-GB" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">You will
receive by 4 pm today the lists electronically compiled through the on-line
registration system.</span></p><p /><p><span lang="EN-GB" style="FONT-SIZE:
10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Let me inform you about the way overpasses will be
given to you tomorrow afternoon, for distribution.</span></p><p><span
lang="EN-GB" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Only duly identified
focal points, as listed in the attached document, will have to come at the CS
Information Desk (civil society)at any given time <b>between 13:00 and 14:30 on
Tuesday 15 November (3 minutes of your time only)</b>. You will be given the
overpass for the High Level Panel and the allocated number of overpasses for
the Plenary meetings.</span></p><p /><p><span lang="EN-GB" style="FONT-SIZE:
10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">If you cannot personally come at the CS Pavillon at
this time, we need to be duly informed by the identified focal point of who
will be allowed to withdraw the allocated overpasses on your
behalf.</span></p><p /><p><span lang="EN-GB" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt;
FONT-FAMILY: Arial">As mentioned in the previously circulated guidelines, you
will have to present us the <b>list of members who will be initially allocated
an overpass</b>, with all the other requests you received in a queuing
list.</span></p><p /><p><span lang="EN-GB" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY:
Arial">Please remember the following:</span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">• Overpasses are not nominative and
can easily be transferred to queued members.</span></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">• Plenary overpasses have been
reserved by the WSIS ES for civil society organisations from the Host Country
to facilitate their participation in the process, so that Plenary overpasses
should be attributed in priority to representatives of non-Tunisian CS
