>The Thomson Foundation and the Commonwealth
>Broadcasting Association (CBA) are jointly offering a free place on the
>Thomson Foundation's internationally renowned three-month summer
>broadcasting course to an employee of any CBA member organization.

>The course, to be held at the Thomson Foundation headquarters in Cardiff,
>Wales, will run from June 24 through September 13 and is open to
>journalists from developing countries of the Commonwealth but not from
>Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Gibraltar, Malta, Cyprus, New Zealand,
>Australia, Canada or the United Kingdom.
