A community organisation is trying to set up an FM Radio station for
women, but have no idea about equipment needs, i.e., what equipment is
required. They have asked me to help, but I have no idea either. Can
anyone help with: 
1) Type of equipment for an FM station in Ghana - northern Ghana 
2) Where we can find second hand FM equipment. 
3) Any information about FM stations.
