REVIEW, REFLECTION AND A RESULT

So this Thursday marks the first time new community radio stations will
add their take on the issues of national democracy, a general election

Here in the Forest of Dean we have a marginal seat, we have been out
asking local people their views, recorded young people raising their
concerns, we hosted a public debate with the local newspaper and will
broadcast from Midnight until the results which are predicted as any
time between 3am and 6am

The BBC are sending down several different teams to cover the event.

We have put together a team of volunteer reporters of all ages.

So I am writing to invite contributions from community broadcasters and
projects about you have responded to the election and aimed to make a
difference to the involvement of your local community.

Let us know if you would be willing to add your voice to our coverage on
election night.

E mail to contactus at fodradio.org <mailto:contactus at fodradio.org> or
phone 01594-820722

Best wishes

Roger Drury
