The British Universities Film & Video Council's MAKING MOVING IMAGES WORK
workshop will be held on 9th June.
The cost of the workshop will be £105.00 + VAT. Registration will be at
10:00 for a prompt 10:30 start and the workshop will finish around 4:30pm.
A buffet lunch is provided for participants and is included in the workshop
fee. Workshops are held at BUFVC offices which are central London. A map

Topics covered include:
* Basic copyright issues in relation to delivery and use of online moving
images
* Basic video editing techniques using a variety of free or affordable
software
* Integration of online audio-visual material into learning resources
* Exploring available online moving image resources and the use and value of
moving images within education
The workshop focuses on the use of online moving images in learning and
teaching and demonstrates basic video-editing skills with hands-on software
sessions. It aims to simplify the processes of working with online moving
images and show step by step the basic tools and skills needed to create
dynamic and stimulating resources for learning and teaching.
