<P><FONT size=5>LISTEN TO THE LAND SPEAKING BELOW THE FULL MOON</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=5>On Sunday May 26, the gods and goddesses are setting an auspicious stage, being a full moon, lunar eclipse, and traditional date of the Fairy Moon Festival. Chalice Well Gardens will mark the event by coming alight with candles, to host a very special performance of storytelling, dance and music which commences our 2002 season of full moon events.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=5>Following on from their popular Listen To The Land Speaking event last year, the performance by Creation Dance Theatre Company promises to be spectacular. Members of the company will create the performance over the weekend in a workshop environment with anyone keen to use playfulness as a means to harmonise their energies with this ancient place - to listen to the land, the spirits of hill, valley, tree and water. Each person may receive their own individual calling, and relate the message back through story, dance, music and costume in a combined celebration of ritual theatre. Whether you would like to be a workshop participant throughout the weekend, or an audience member on the Sunday evening, you are most cordially welcome.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=5>Providing the weather is fine, the performance will take place in the beautiful natural amphitheatre of the Cress Field directly behind Chalice Well. A comfortable and ambient indoor venue, in the form of The Meeting Room, will provide a reasonable alternative in the event of rain. Either way, access to the performance will only be via the Chalice Well Garden main entrance. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=5>Tickets to the workshop weekend, which begins at 6pm on Friday May 24 and concludes with the performance, cost Ł50, which includes a free weekend pass into Chalice Well Gardens. Bring your favourite sacred magical objects with you. </FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=5>Tickets to the performance cost Ł4, or Ł3 for Companions. The gardens will open to the public for the Sunday evening performance at 7pm. The performance begins at 7.30pm sharp. Refreshments are available on site.</FONT></P>
