[WSIS Edu] Information bourses/fellowships/becas para prepcom 3

 Dear Meigs, It was very happy seeing you again and
listened to your speeck at Keuo Plaza Hotel, Tokyo 
regarding UBIQUITOUS Network Society.
  I participated fully WSIS Dec 10-12-2003 at Palexpo,
Geneva, as PTC ( Pacific Telecoomunication
Council=PTC, Honolulu, Hawaii) delegation, NOT from
Indonesian delegation.
  I am know applying for scholar ship from you as
Civil Society in Indonesia ( As Head Of Advocation&
Mediation Committe, INDONESIAN TELECOMMUNICATION USER
GROUP =IDTUG),for PREPCOM3 19-30 SEPT 2005,Geneva  and
WSIS 2, 16-18 Nov 2005, TUNISIA.
   If I am asking yu, who will  approve my application
?
