after IAMCR Meeting in
Sydney,Singapore,Liefzig,Glasgow,Brazil.
  As my full participation in WSIS  part I in Palexpo,
Geneva ,Swiss 10-12 Dec 2003( under umbrella of PTC=
Pacific Telecommunication Council, Honolulu Hawaii), I
would like to appeal to you to join you in WSIS Part
II in TUNISIA Nov 05, in  Educational project mostly
in rural area/poor using ICT ( new media). It is
difficult for us in Indonesia to chanelling our
initiative  to join WSIS part II in Tunisia Nov 05 
through International organization such as IAMCR or
others.
  I am sure that you are going to Tunisia Nov. 05, pls
