[WSIS Edu] Announcement and Call for Papers for the joint event on e-Government, e-Learning and Telecentre

  I ,
  Dr.Naswil Idris, Advisor of APWKomitel and Senior
Lecturer of Ministry of  National Education of
Republic  Indonesia in ICT, Media Studies and Social
Communication is  interested to join the Event on
e-Govt, e-Learning and Telecenter in India.
  Kindly send me more detail information regarding the
Event,Visa, Hotel accomodation and so on.
  Mostlikely we would like to present a paper
regarding Telecenter and e-Learning. I was in India
several times ,like presenting paper in Indira Ghandy
Open University in New Delhi,PTC India Foundation, and
joining World Bank seminar on Telecenter.
  I was  as a speaker in WSIS at Palexpo, Geneva 2003
as PTC Honolulu, Hawaii delegation, and at WSIS Tunis,
2005 as APWKomitel Indonesian delegation, and PTC
Honolulu, Hawaii, in the last 11 years.
