Eben Moglen is the legal counsel for the <br>
Free Software foundation. <br>

He gave quite a compelling talk at the <br>
Plone 2006 conference in which he contrasted<br>
free software concepts (see fsf.org) with <br>
previous modes of production and social justice.<br>
<br>
These connections are not new for most of us,<br>
but I think still useful to hear, particularly as a<br>
resource for sharing with others.<br>
