Wristband Collection and Accomodation

Now that you have registered and paid for the ESF, you will need to pick 
up your wristband before you can gain access to any meetings or cultural 
events.
 
You will need to quote your registration number in order to collect your 
wristband. If you have registered, but don't have a registration number, 
please call +44 020 7833 8440 and we will give you your number over the 
phone. Alternatively, you can click on this link 
https://www.registeresf.org/en/register/forgot.php to have your 
registration number sent to you again.

ESF 2004 registration is taking place at three locations over four days.
Cash registration and wristband collection will be available from 10am 
on Thursday 14th October.

We strongly encourage ESF delegates to avoid long queues and pick up 
your wristbands on Thursday.

Every plenary and seminar of the European Social Forum will be 
translated into five languages via headsets which can be obtained at the 
venue.  Please note that headsets will only be issued to registered 
delegates who present valid photo identification, which will be held as 
a deposit by UK ESF and returned on receipt of the headset.

 >>>Cheap Accommodation at the Millennium Dome<<<

For ESF delegates who cannot afford commercial accommodation in London 
we are providing the opportunity of a place to sleep in a sleeping bag 
at London's Millennium Dome. As we have to pay a significant charge to 
book the Dome, we have to charge you a total of £10, which covers all 
three nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday *NOT* Sunday) accommodation.

Places at the Dome are limited and will be allocated on a first come, 
first served basis only to people who have already registered at the ESF.

If you wish to book a place at the Dome _* YOU MUST *_ :
·    book before 5pm on Tuesday 12 October
·    have registered as a delegate to the ESF _* AND *_
·    send an email to ukesfdome at gn.apc.org with 'Book accommodation at 
the Millennium Dome' as the subject.

Please state your name and your registration reference number as listed 
above and pay £10 when you arrive at the Dome.
