Here is some information on a developer road show at UWC this 
week. I think one had to apply and register etc but perhaps you 
could see if you could not go along?

The OSI, OSISA and the CSIR invite you to attend the Developer 
Roadshow at
the University of the Western Cape from 6-10 December.

As soon as possible, please advise us whether you will be taking up 
this
offer, and apply for a VISA if you are non-South African.

Where relevant, please supply fax and phone numbers of the SA 
Embassy in
your country to which you will apply for a VISA. Meantime, I will fax
signed copies of the attached invitation to known Embassies.

Please also sign and fax the attached indemnity form to 
+27.12.8427066.

We shall also start the process of arranging flights where applicable 
as
close to the start and end dates as possible.
