[Ftx-trainers] query on evaluation trackers

Hi all,

Was just wondering, for evaluation purposes (as usual), would the track 
trainers mind it if there are evaluation trackers during your track 
sessions?

I think it might be possible to have some people be trackers, but I 
haven't actually yet checked with the APC WNSP team and their 
availability (I guess here it would be Dafne and Erika, not sure if I'll 
have anyone else to lean on). For example, I'd like to track Digital 
Story Telling and check out "Larry" :oD but seriously, I think it's 
important, especially for end of day feedback debriefings (getting 
different view points) and to know what else to do to make the 
evaluation and collection of data/feedback happen as efficiently and as 
painlessly as possible for all. I think trainers would just have their 
hands too full during session and I know it's very hard to wear even one 
additional hat while you're training.

But trainers, please let me know how you feel about having "trackers" 
during your sessions. However, this doesn't mean that trainers will no 
longer be responsible for evaluating their tracks :o)
