[Ftx-trainers] query on evaluation trackers

Hi, Angela

I don't have a problem with trackers in the sessions.

However, it would be good if we can clarify their role (and what they're 
evaluating) to the participants at some point in the beginning of the 
FTX. So the participants don't feel like they're being observed, which I 
think might stifle the discussions.
