[Ftx-trainers] query on evaluation trackers

Hi Cheekay,

Completely agree and hence my question :o) I was very worried that they
may consider trackers as observers, but it'll be hard to also ensure
that trackers are fully participating if there's other work to be done.
Ideally, they should be full participants. Alternatively, each day, the
track could identify a different participant to be a tracker.

Will need to discuss this once we reach Cape Town, I think, when I'm a
little clearer about each team member's responsibilities and tasks
during the FTX. It'll also help ensure that everyone is involved in the
more substantive content of FTX and included in the event, not just in
the background as logistics, or evaluation etc.

Thanks!

Angela
