[Ftx-trainers] query on evaluation trackers

For me evaluation has to focus on hoe our praxis and knowledge are
helping participants to improve skill on using ICT for social impact, it
will not be an examination of learning, this can help to do it in a way
that participants will not feel observed. As Cheekay said. it will be
fine if the trainers team clarify trackers role during sessions.
