Dear trainers, facilitators and APC staff,

I hope you are well and all set for the FTX :)

Before you leave for the airport, please make sure you have the  
following documents with you:

1. Passport, visa and plane tickets (paper or printed electronic ticket)

2. Invitation and booking letters, if required

3. Vaccination certificate, if required

4. Travel & visa costs receipts/invoices with your name written on  
the reverse side
We will base the reimbursements on the amounts indicated on your  
receipts, invoices or stubs. Sorry but we will not be able to pay for  
costs not supported by these.
