[Ftx-trainers] proposed FTX evaluation form and questions

Hi Christina,

If you have participants who are not comfortable with English at all, 
then you may need to give more time to that person. What you can do is 
maybe have it on e-mail which you can forward to them so that they have 
more time to fill up the form and send it back. But bottom line is we 
need each participant to complete the evaluation form. Or you could 
distribute the forms the day before so that for some of it they can 
already start answering.

I still feel 30 minutes should be sufficient. Thanks!
