Hi Manal,

Sorry this is late. Felt a little bombed out last night, like my energy
all got sapped out of me, and then this morning found out I didn't have
any more internet time.

Here's the FTX evaluation form. Was wondering if you could liaise with
Liz to put this online, and to send out to all participants, and to help
send out the instructions of completing the form.

We will also prepare the forms on paper, just in case, and will be sent
to tracks a little bit later. I've removed some questions which I feel
can be sent in a follow-up questionnaire six months after the FTX. Nine
questions would have been too much for participants to answer
considering these are not multiple choice type of questions.

And I'm very happy wappy to see some trainers and Margarita doing well
with incorporating some of the evaluation questions within their spaces :o)

Thanks,

Angela
