[Ftx-trainers] small clarification on being "eyes and ears"

Hi all,

Just wanted to clarify, since yesterday I was enjoying my wine too much. 
By being the eyes and ears, it's really an informal evaluation process, 
but more for internal purposes and to help inform the formal evaluation 
spaces and channels. So I hope you'll continue to observe and share the 
conversations or feedback you've received or just your general 
observations. So yes, if you do accidentally eavesdrop and the 
information is important for us to be able to fine-tune the FTX further, 
then please share but it won't be documented as part of the formal 
evaluation findings. It's meant to inform the training exchange process.

I really liked the fact that Cheekay picked up on the fact that it was 
the men who were raising issues surrounding feminist practices and 
politics of technology.

Likewise, the fact that Emily has decided to remain in the video track.

It would be good to also be sensitive to who among the participants who 
might be tuning off :o)

Happy to share here too that the feedback that the audio track received 
from participants for Day 1 was fantastic and very encouraging :o) I 
think we'll gain a lot from learning about their training methodology 
and approach.
