GREENNET TRAINING UPDATE - July 02
- - Web Design training -
Web design using dreamweaver course outline:
* Brief introduction to the Web & Internet. URL's, servers, browsers,
HTTP, HTML, FTP etc.
* Creating a web site: Planning. Design considerations.
* Principles of using Dreamweaver to create your site: working with
text, creating links, adding images.
* Using tables for layout control.
* Managing your web site with Dreamweaver.
* More advanced web design: Using frames and CSS style sheets.
* Putting your site on-line, submitting to Search Engines, etc.
The course is intended for those with some computer experience & includes
practical hands-on project work. By the end of the course you will;
understand the principles of the World Wide Web; have a practical
understanding of how to build, update and publish a web site using
Dreamweaver; understand the key principles of web design & site promotion.
Course Times:
10.30-17.30 over both days
Course Dates:
29th and 30th of July (Monday and Tuesday)
19th and 20th August (Monday and Tuesday)
16th and 17th August (Monday and Tuesday)
Please contact Joanne for details of upcoming dates not shown here. By 
popular demand we are running the courses on Mondays and Tuesdays over the 
next 3 months. Many people that have attended training, or are interested 
in future courses, are reluctant to give up precious weekends...but we are 
not!

dates (we occasionally run the training as a six session evening class),
