* OK then. While your government has tried to muzzle your population
more than has the Oz government, I was probably thinking more of the
international implications of RIP: what is the strength of the section
mentioning something like, ... "assembly of a large number of people to
organise an illegal action"?
J18 was the first global use of the Net to organise Activism, world-
wide; Seattle was the second major event using the Net extensively. Will
the RIP Act enable the U.K. government to intimidate, and prosecute British
subjects, who wish to participate in future Global 'Days of Action'? I
know, personally, of one British activist whose call-sign disappeared from
the Net, after she had been leant on by British Intelligence.
