Good question. I would also like to get a little more up to speed with PGP -
I do use it in a limited way. If there is not currently anything that
details PGP use, as well as general file security, then maybe we should
organise one as a list project ;-)
But seriously, I have to write this kind of stuff for work - teaching
undergraduates how to use IT. If people who have a clue answer the questions
of those who do not, and those who do not have a clue get some good
questions together, so on and so forth. If we are going to discuss this
stuff we may as well make good use of it. Raise the profile a little and
provide something for all computer users.
