Dear friends,
                    The Ted Heath Burner's Society
(http://surf.to/heath) is having an 'official' meeting outside
Caius College, Cambridge, on the Wednesday 6th May (next
week!). As many of you know, 'Sir' Edward Heath has been
responsible for many outrages during his overly long life: EU
entry - "No essential loss of sovereignty",including the gift
of Britain's fishing ground to the EU, the Barber Boom (causing
inflation to reach 27% by 1975 -due to his money printing), the
abolition of traditional county structures (Humberside, Avon,
etc.), the imposition of direct rule onto Northern Ireland
(Sunningdale), the nationalisation of Rolls Royce Aero &
British Leyland, and many other things, including his more
recent congratulation of the butchers of Tianaman square -"A
firm but necessary policy".

The great man will be attending a dinner in his honour at the
Cambridge University Disraeli Society and we will be making our
presence felt in a variety of interesting and novel ways.
Would those planning to come along please contact me offlist as
soon as possible.

regards,
Bill.
