Consultations on Working Group on Internet Governance Starts Today in Geneva
20-09-2004 (UNESCO) - Two-day consultations on the establishment of a Working
Group on Internet Governance start today in Geneva. The group, once
established, is expected to make proposals for action on the governance of
Internet by 2005, as requested by the Heads of States at the first phase of
the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in Geneva in December 2003.
