Thank you, Eric, for this help.  As the original message contained the
letter, not as an attached document but directly (in total 'charabia'), my
miserable computer was unable to convert it to .tiff.  Anyway, I must say I
prefer Word or .pdf documents.  As to the letter itself, Shashi does his
best, but can't move governments working on their own (often nasty) agendas!
