[Media Caucus] Register for WEMF please

Hello Media Caucus Members

Guillaume Cheneviere and Edouard Markiewicz are extremely busy organising
the World Electronic Media Forum - WEMF, to take place in December just
prior to the WSIS.

Both are keen for the Media Caucus members to participate strongly in the
discussions at WEMF. In order for this to happen, and for us to be seated
strategically, we all need to register.
