[Media Caucus] For URGENT attention before Saturday!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone

The Media Caucus is late in nominating speakers for the Summit and this must
be done on Saturday. I will be travelling until then but can lokk at your
inputs by then and send the list Saturday evening.

Please look at the list below, which is still too long and prioritise by
putting a number from 1 ­ your most preferred and so on next to each name. I
will sort from there.

Then, if you have nominated the person on the list or would like to express
an opinion on them, please
complete the information categories for each person you have something to
say about.

Using your ratings, and the information that you send, I will make a final
list, and of course let you all know.....

Media Caucus to decide on:
1 opening speaker suggestion
5 speakers at round tables
General debate ­ this is a role that the Caucus should reserve so we can be
responsive to the debate as it unfolds (that¹s why I am there ­ any of us
can do this in fact)

Criteria:
a. Heads of Organisations
b. And or visionary speakers of known quantity
c. Gender balance (achievable with b not a)
d. regional diversity
