[Media Caucus] Media caucus communication at WSIS and 3B

PrepCom 3 b presents us with a last chance to assert the critical role of
the media in the information society. Having raised the level of debate
among key players in the summit it is now important that we be there and
make our presence felt at all possible moments, in defence of the essential
principles that must not be desimated in the WSIS process.

Firstly can people in the caucus respond and let me know if you are coming
to Geneva and plan to participate in PrepCom 3b and or WSIS. It will be good
to know which human resources are there in person. Also, when do you arrive.

Secondly, Steve Buckley and I have found it very convenient in past meetings
to be able to track each other down by sms message. In the event of needing
caucus members to confer or appear urgently I would like to have an sms
message group on my phone to send brief messages to you.
