[Media Caucus] Fwd: [WSIS-CT] Urgent DEADLINE for comments on Declaration

Hi all!
I don't think this has been forwarded yet... It's about the latest 
"non-paper" by Samassekou... The time for comments is extremely brief, 
but it seems the section on media was not changed anyway...
