Hi Tracey,
I and Alexandre Sami will (have to) attend at least part of the Prepcom3+ in
Geneva, still part of the swiss delegation. We will also try to see what we
can do before, in the frame of the consultations. For the rest, Victor saved
me the time to answer, I support his positions.
