Dear WSIS Media Caucus Member

This list has been established for use by the WSIS Media Caucus. Addresses
from PrepComs 2 & 3 have been subscribed. By now you will have received
instructions on how to post messages and how to remove yourself, if you wish
to.

This cyber working space has been established to:

€ raise points for discussion or consultation with other members (perhaps
you will be undertaking some advocacy work to discuss or report on)
€ post updates 
€ maintain contact as required

I will shortly be posting all the documents generated in PrepComs 2 & 3 as a
number have people have requested this. Sorry if you already have them, many
have not.
