[Media Caucus] PrepCom 2 / Phase 2 WSIS

Hi Tracey

Thanks for this but I believe prepcom 2 is 17-25 february not january as 
stated here.

Also, as I understand it, the media caucus is not an NGO in its own right 
for the purpose of accreditation and registration. It is a caucus made up 
of accredited NGOs at WSIS who choose to come together to develop common 
positions on issues concerning the media.

I don't think there is a basis on which the media caucus can itself 
register individuals and I don't think it would be appropriate for the 
caucus to seek to become an accredited entity.

Individuals therefore need to register for WSIS through an accredited NGO.
