[Media Caucus] PrepCom 2 / Phase 2 WSIS

Dear Tracey --

I intend to be at Prepcom 2 in Geneva, as will Mark Bench.

We are planning a meeting in Geneva of our Coordinating Committee of Press
Freedom Organizations in Geneva on the eve of the Prepcom, so there should
be representatives attending from the International Press Institute, the
Inter American Press Association, the World Associaton of Newspapers and
others of our nine groups.
