[Media Caucus] Notes from Tunis / Media caucus

Dear Tracey,

Many thanks for your forwarding David Lewis' comments on the Tunis meeting.  
Sounds as if it was perfunctorily procedural in nature, without any sense of 
direction.  Does David still feel the WSIS II may never occur?
