[Media Caucus] Phase 1 Media caucus report

Hello

I am compiling a report on the Media caucus activities for Phase 1 of WSIS.
All the civil society grouping have been asked to do this by mid October.

I have made a table of highlights of our achievements in Geneva and Paris
meetings and included the African ones, because I was personally involved in
those.

What I am not able to report on without your assistance is the other
regional meetings, associated gatherings and resulting papers, statements
and or agreements that fed into the WSIS or were reflected in the work and
outputs of the Media caucus.

Some of these, that I need information on from those who were there are:

1. North America / Europe regional meeting in Bucharest
2. Asian regional meeting in Tokyo
3. Latin American and Caribbean regional meeting in Dominican republic
4. World Broadcasting Union / International association of Broadcasting
paper
5. any other.....

For each entry you would like to the Media caucus list of WSIS
achievements, please send me:

1. the date of the event / statement etc.
2. the title of the event / statement etc.
3. a very brief summary of what was achieved

If anyone would like to see the table I have drafted just ask and I will
send it to individual addresses.

When the report is completed I will send it to the whole list.
