Hello All
I have a much smaller version of the report. If you want that please write
to me off list and I will send it when I next have a decent connection to
my own lap top. I am currently in Beijing and will not be able to send for
about 5 days, when I get to the office I will be based in, in Ulaan
Bataar, Mongolia.
