We have to send names by the 20th, so I will leave this matter open until
Wednesday 15th and see what others say.

For the record I think your participation would be very desirable.

I too have written a lot on the subject, particularly from the 'south'
perspective and would like to participate but I don't have any institutional
backing an am finding the costs of all this work quite hard to cover.

BTW Rony Koven's mail has bounced - anyone have an alternate way of getting
him?
