[Media Caucus] Nominations to date for the UN Working group on internet governance

Hi everybody. Sorry for long absence but here we are again.

If there is a possibility to support participation of three members, then I 
would support nomination of
Tracey Naughton
Steve Buckley
Ronny Koven

Arguments for this 'team":
1. pluralistic views
2. good reach with  all kinds of actors in the field
3. south and north presence

Agree with Mark in hoping that financial arguments can be overcome.

Hope also that Steve reconsiders and participates. His participation is 
crucial for the community media interests.
