which actually I have already - as a key document.

 

Answering your queries:

I have the "compendium" John posted: v useful

I have the World Press Freedom Committee's Declaration on the Internet

 

So far as the Media Caucus statements go, I have various documents filed
which appear to be earlier PREPCOM Media Family outcomes: but nothing from
November or December. I may have missed a trick or two as I was so
preoccupied during the Geneva WSIS with the British Council Arabic and UK
young journalists' Weblog. Could you send me/give me links for anything
updated or definitive I ought to have?

Thanks for letting us know what you are up to. Do you have the Media caucus

statements from phase 1 and the World Press Freedom Committee statement on

Freedom of Expression and the Internet? Then John Barker posted a summary

not long back, of all the references to media in the WSIS Declaration and

Action Plan.

 

I am attaching the Declaration of Santiago  which as you probably know is

one of five regional declarations on media pluralism that were facilitated

by UNESCO.  I have the others handy if you want them.
