[Media Caucus] Guidance

Dear Tracey,

Just for your information, the WPFC statement on Internet Governance was 
accepted by all members in attendance at the global Coordinating Commmittee of 
Press Freedom Organizations meeting in Belgrade in May of this year, so it is 
now a Coordinating Committee document, not merely a WPFC document.  

How-some-ever, we are most grateful for the recognition!
