The Asia Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development is organising
the Regional Thematic meeting for WSIS Tunis at Kuala Lumpur during 9-11
May 2005.

I am attaching here their draft recommendations on which they welcome
brief comments and inputs from the broadcasting perspective.
